1000 varieties. The most common type is the Cavendish variety. Adding bananas
into your diet will provide you with many great health benefits. They improve

morning sickness, and lower the risks of blindness, asthma, kidney cancer,
blood pressure, osteoporosis and diabetes. Other than
health benefits, bananas can also help cure the itch of a mosquito bite.
Bananas and the stomach
Including
bananas in the diet helps in digestion and also helps prevent diarrhoea. If someone has a lose stomach and they eat a banana, they tend to feel
relieved. At the same time, they tend to make someone have some tummy relief.
This fruit is very filling. Any time you get hungry and have a banana or two,
you get immediate relief from hunger. Whenever you are running low on energy,
bananas are the best fruit to go for. They can never fail you down. They are really good to the stomach except
when taken with alcohol.

plate look really attractive. You can eat almost anything with bananas. They
are a good source of starch.
